We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee the operational delivery of large-scale construction projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

We’re working with a specialist contractor with a strong reputation in delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable structures using light gauge steel systems, from landmark residential developments to complex commercial builds.

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing multiple live construction sites across residential and commercial sectors
Overseeing project programmes, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and H&S standards
Collaborating with clients, design teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitoring progress, reporting on performance, and resolving issues proactively
Leading regular site visits and progress meetings

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager role
Background in light gauge steel construction or timber frame construction
Track record of managing multi-million-pound projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of construction contracts (JCT or similar)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
